An M&E Surveyor is required in London to assess existing building services and provide the technical information needed for maintenance and refurbishment projects.
This contract assignment involves surveying mechanical and electrical installations, identifying system defects and capacity constraints, and preparing reports that support informed project decisions.
The Role
As the M&E Surveyor, you'll:
- Survey existing mechanical and electrical installations across designated sites.
- Assess plant, equipment, system layouts and available capacity.
- Identify defects, compliance issues and potential refurbishment constraints.
- Prepare structured survey reports with findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with site contacts to obtain access and confirm technical details.
About You
To be successful as the M&E Surveyor, you'll have:
- Previous experience delivering building services or M&E surveys.
- A sound technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to identify and document technical issues accurately.
- Confidence managing survey activities with minimal supervision.
- A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
