Boden Group began as a facilities management recruitment agency, specialists in both soft and hard facilities management services. Over the past decade we have expanded that service and now have a dedicated property recruitment agency team, as well as teams who are experts in finance and work winning.

Boden Group doesn’t exist in a bubble, and we’re committed to giving back to the communities who have supported us as we’ve grown. 

There are more than 22,000 homeless people across Birmingham – 2% of our city’s population.

Every year more than 100,000 young people aged 16-24 ask for help with homelessness.

Some of these young people find themselves sleeping rough, some crashing on friends’ sofas, others just desperate to escape dangerous home environments.

Despite this, only 36% receive housing support from local councils and there continues to be very limited social security support for under-25s.

It’s because of this, that we’re proud to support YMCA Heart of England as our charity partner.

Boden Group was founded in 2012 by James Fitzpatrick, when he saw a gap in quality recruitment in the FM sector.

Facilities Management recruitment had been his bread and butter, so he understood the strategic goals of a lot of FM organisations.

James had a fundamental belief that FM provided the backbone to many organisations and was being let down by recruitment partners who undervalued their contribution. He formed Boden Group to offer a better quality of service, and an unparalleled level of advice and expertise.
