An experienced M&E Surveyor is required in Bristol for a contract assignment focused on assessing mechanical and electrical building services.
You'll carry out detailed site surveys, document existing plant and systems, and produce technical reports to support maintenance and refurbishment planning. This role requires someone confident working independently and delivering accurate survey information.
The Role
As the M&E Surveyor, you'll:
- Conduct detailed mechanical and electrical surveys across assigned buildings.
- Record plant specifications, system capacities and equipment layouts.
- Produce technical survey reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Identify defects, compliance concerns and potential capacity limitations.
- Liaise with site representatives to coordinate access and verify information.
About You
To be successful as the M&E Surveyor, you'll have:
- Proven experience conducting M&E or building services surveys.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical plant and systems.
- Experience preparing accurate technical reports and survey documentation.
- The ability to organise site visits and work independently.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
