Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a long-term contract opportunity delivering refurbishment and asset replacement projects within a large and complex estate?
We're seeking a proactive Project Manager to join an established team in West Lothian, managing a portfolio of lifecycle, refurbishment and investment projects. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a 6-12 month contract with strong extension potential while working on a varied programme of works.
The Role As a Project Manager, you'll: - Manage refurbishment and asset lifecycle projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, programmes and risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation and governance processes.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams and end users.
You To be successful in this Project Manager role, you'll bring: - Proven Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering refurbishment, lifecycle or asset replacement projects.
- Strong understanding of building services, facilities or asset management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.
Desirable: - PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification.
- Facilities Management or asset management experience.
- Experience using Smartsheet, Project One or similar software.
