M&E Project Manager (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity) Location: London
Contract Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join a growing projects team delivering high-end projects across London. Initially offered on a contract basis at £400 per day (Inside IR35), the role is expected to transition into a permanent position following a successful period.

Working with prestigious clients across the luxury retail and legal sectors, you will oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&E refurbishment, fit-out, and lifecycle projects across premium commercial environments.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, programming, procurement, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, reporting, and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and end users.
• Drive projects through to successful completion and handover.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering M&E projects within commercial buildings.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Commercially aware with strong project reporting capabilities.
• Relevant project management and/or technical qualifications preferred.
