A Commercial Manager in Frankfurt will oversee commercial activity across operational sites, with responsibility for contracts, procurement and operating expenditure. The role calls for operational experience rather than a solely construction-focused background.
The Role
As the Commercial Manager, you'll: - Manage commercial activity across operational sites.
- Oversee contract management and procurement.
- Manage commercial risk, claims and disputes.
- Monitor KPIs and service-level agreements.
- Handle pre- and post-contract activity, including operating expenditure and lifecycle budgets.
About You
To be successful as the Commercial Manager, you'll have: - Experience in the commercial management of operational sites.
- The right to work in Germany.
- Ideally, a background in facilities management, cost consultancy or data centre operations.
- German language skills would be advantageous, but are not required.
