The home-based Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager will support the commercial management of a new facilities management contract on a 3–6 month fixed-term basis.

The Role

As the Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you'll:
  • Support the commercial management of a new facilities management contract.
  • Prepare contract variations and price the associated changes.
About You

To be successful as the Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you'll have:
  • The ability to prepare and price variations within a facilities management contract.
  • SC clearance for the contract; existing clearance is preferred and may be shared.
