The Role - As the Head of Estates, you’ll lead the management of estates services, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
- Oversee healthcare engineering and infrastructure, including decontamination, and heating and ventilation systems.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and service delivery standards to ensure excellence across all functions.
- Utilise strong leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
You - Proven experience in estates and facilities management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of H&S legislation, and NHS standards, with a focus on compliance.
- Analytical skills to assess and optimise estate services proactively.
- Competence in project management and contract management.
