The Role - As the Head of FM, you’ll ensure effective operations across the facility, maintaining compliance with all statutory and mandatory requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of services, identifying opportunities for improvement while minimising risks.
- Engage with key stakeholders to develop communication strategies that resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Oversee budget management, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining service quality.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting health and safety standards and employee wellbeing
You - Proficient in Google Suite and experienced with CAFM systems for reporting and data management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Expertise in hard FM service delivery, complemented by relevant qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude in high-pressure environments.
