A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to support critical healthcare laboratory sites across Kent and Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing healthcare FM contract delivering essential maintenance services within highly regulated environments.
Ideal for electrically qualified engineers with strong maintenance experience who enjoy working across multiple sites and taking ownership of service delivery.
The Role As the Lead Mobile Engineer, you will: - Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across healthcare laboratory sites in Kent and Berkshire.
- Lead engineering activities to ensure building services and critical equipment remain operational.
- Perform electrical fault finding, repairs, and maintenance tasks across the contract.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast response times and high service standards.
- Support call-out activities and drive operational performance across multiple sites.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: - Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience within a mobile maintenance or FM engineering role.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance within commercial, healthcare, or critical environments.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
