The Role As Shift Lead Engineer, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for engineers requiring technical support
- Lead engineers on shift within a critical data centre environment
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) via the maintenance management system
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and reactive maintenance on critical systems
- Maintain accurate site logbooks and maintenance records
- Respond to client requests and emergency call-outs
You As the successful Shift Lead Engineer, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) desirable
- Previous data centre or critical environment experience
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience leading engineers or acting as a senior engineer on shift
