- Maintain the condition and safe use of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Diagnose issues and organize necessary materials for swift resolutions.
- Minimize customer disruption during maintenance activities while ensuring high standards.
You - Qualified in NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade such as plumbing or joinery.
- Valid CSCS card and full driving license are mandatory.
- Experience in social housing repairs, voids, and maintenance.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
