It's no secret that there's a talent shortage within the facilities management sector. Could veterans provide the perfect answer to the problem?
With the average age in FM currently at 49 and rising, many facilities companies are heading towards a significant problem that they’ll need to address sooner rather than later.

But looking at veterans could provide an excellent answer to this issue. Those leaving the armed forces have some fantastic transferrable skills that make them perfect for the facilities management sector.
