Michael is the Managing Consultant for our specialist Commercial, Finance & Procurement team recruiting for both Interim and Permanent professionals, exclusively into the Facilities Management sector.
Within Michael’s team is Consultant Urba Bibi, who concentrates on Finance appointments into the industry leaving Michael to focus on Commercial & Procurement.
Michael has worked within the recruitment industry since 2015, after he finished a degree within History and Politics at Nottingham Trent University. Before joining Boden, Michael worked with a host of public sector clients recruiting into the Estates & Facilities sector, before joining Boden in 2018 to set up the Interim Commercial & Finance function.
Within his first full year at Boden Group won the Employee of the year for 2019 and has big plans to grow his team from 2 consultants to 5 by the end of 2021.
