The Role
As the Commercial Consultant, you will: - Support the creation and development of commercial reporting and governance in line with contract requirements.
- Provide first-line commercial support to operational teams, addressing contractual queries and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify risks and opportunities, contributing to effective resolution strategies.
- Drive commercial improvement by supporting operational and finance teams.
- Deliver training on commercial compliance and improvement techniques to contract teams.
You
To be successful as the Commercial Consultant you'll have the following skills and experience: - Degree standard education in Law, Business, or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in a commercial FM environment with knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
- Proficient in producing detailed reports and handling client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Capacity to manage significant commercial contracts and mitigate potential issues.
