Senior Recruitment Consultant – Boden Group
Boden Group is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive sales growth and build long-term client partnerships within our specialist markets. This role is for a commercially focused recruiter who enjoys winning new business, growing accounts, and delivering consistent billings.
You will own your desk end to end, generating new business, securing client meetings, converting opportunities, and achieving agreed fee targets. You will build a strong sales pipeline, position yourself as a sector specialist, and use your market presence to increase revenue and repeat business. Alongside this, you will manage the full recruitment process, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates while delivering a strong client and candidate experience.
