Senior Recruitment Consultant – Boden Talent (US Market)
Boden Talent is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive sales growth across the US market. This role is ideal for a commercially focused recruiter who enjoys opening new accounts, expanding client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue within a fast-moving, international environment.
You will take full ownership of your desk, developing new business, securing client meetings with US-based organisations, and converting opportunities into fees. You will build a strong sales pipeline, position yourself as a specialist within your market, and grow long-term client partnerships across the US. Alongside business development, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates while delivering a strong and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
