The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
Expert Sourcing: Using LinkedIn Recruiter, our 115k-strong database, and headhunting techniques to find talent to fill our clients' live roles
- Candidate Management: Building deep, long-term relationships with FM professionals.
- Collaboration: Working side-by-side with senior consultants to map out markets and deliver on high-value projects.
- Lead Generation: Identifying business opportunities through candidate conversations and passing them to the 360 team for that 30%% commission kick-back.
What We’re Looking For
- The "Hunter" Mindset: You are comfortable picking up the phone and sourcing candidates at all levels.
