The Role
As the Contract Supervisor, you’ll:
  • Produce all upfront project documentation to facilitate smooth mobilization.
  • Ensure all necessary pre-start activities, like risk assessments and programme developments, are completed effectively.
  • Oversee multiple refurbishment contracts, monitoring progress against budgets and quality standards.
  • Support site management teams with technical guidance and help resolve project-related challenges.
  • Track project financial performance and identify cost-efficient opportunities without compromising quality.
You
  • To be successful in the role of Contract Supervisor, you’ll bring:
    Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supervising social housing projects.
  • A solid understanding of social housing contracts and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, including Excel and MS Project.
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification and CSCS affiliation.
