Are you an experienced Engineering Lead, Lead Engineer or Electrical Supervisor looking for your next contract opportunity? We're recruiting for an Engineering Lead to oversee a multi-skilled engineering team on a busy FM contract in Birmingham city centre.
The Role As the Engineering Lead, you will: - Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team.
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Carry out fault finding, inspections and electrical maintenance activities.
- Complete emergency lighting testing, sprinkler testing and tap changes.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures.
- Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota.
About You To be successful as an Engineering Lead, you'll have: - Electrical qualifications including 18th Edition.
- Previous experience in an Engineering Lead, Lead Engineer or Supervisory position.
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within Facilities Management.
- Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable: - HV Authorisation or High Voltage experience.
