This role focuses on delivering high-quality engineering services to social housing properties, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The Role - Carry out planned installations of domestic central heating systems, including boilers, radiators, pipework, and controls.
- Service, maintain, and repair gas appliances and heating systems in occupied and void properties.
- Complete annual gas safety checks (CP12) and landlord compliance inspections.
- Diagnose and fault-find on heating systems and carry out effective repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures.
You - Gas Safe Registered.
- ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1).
- Full UK driving licence.
- A proactive approach to safety and compliance.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with tenants and colleagues.
