As Technical Services Manager in Kinsale, you’ll oversee building and engineering services, site compliance and day-to-day commercial management. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with clients.
The Role
As the Technical Services Manager, you'll: - Oversee the operation of building and engineering services.
- Manage day-to-day commercial activity on site.
- Govern site compliance, health and safety.
- Ensure planned preventive maintenance is completed in line with service level agreements.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Build relationships with clients and engage with stakeholders.
- Take on AP responsibilities where possible.
About You
To be successful as the Technical Services Manager, you'll have: - Essential: a technical engineering background, ideally in mechanical or electrical services.
- Essential: people management experience and confidence with line management responsibilities.
- Essential: experience engaging stakeholders and managing client relationships.
What's in it for You? - £70,000–£75,000 per annum, pro rata.
- A six-month fixed-term contract.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, office-based in Kinsale, County Cork.
