The Role

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing needs and improving service delivery.
  • Coordinate project work and improve operational efficiencies in collaboration with various teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to enhance overall service quality.
  • Take on P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met.
