The Project Manager in the Dublin area will oversee day-to-day work on one of three school construction sites outside the city centre. The role involves coordinating engineers and subcontractors and making decisions when site issues arise.
The Role As the Project Manager, you'll:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site.
- Coordinate work with senior engineers and site engineers.
- Manage subcontractors and negotiate with them.
- Make decisions when issues such as adverse weather affect the site.
- Handle site escalations.
About You To be successful as the Project Manager, you'll have:
- An engineering or construction degree.
- At least eight years of on-site experience on Tier 1 projects.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ideally, experience on school construction projects.
