The Role As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll:
• Oversee and guide 5 project managers and 1 coordinator across 2 major hospital sites.
• Spearhead lifecycle projects including theatres and wards, and ensure comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage the full project cycle from design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring all documentation meets ISO standards.
• Handle financial responsibilities for projects with a revenue of approximately £10 million, focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical services managers and operations teams to drive project success.
You To be successful in the role of Senior Project Manager, you’ll bring: • Significant experience in managing complex projects, particularly within healthcare environments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing multi-million-pound budgets.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance and health & safety regulations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation identification.
