An M&E Surveyor in Durham will carry out mechanical and electrical surveys across assigned sites, producing reports to inform maintenance and refurbishment planning. The contract involves documenting building-services systems and identifying defects, compliance issues and capacity constraints.
The Role
As the M&E Surveyor, you'll: - Carry out detailed mechanical and electrical surveys across assigned sites.
- Record plant, systems, capacities and layout information accurately.
- Produce clear survey reports with findings and recommendations.
- Identify defects, compliance issues and capacity constraints.
- Liaise with site contacts to arrange access and verify information.
About You
To be successful as the M&E Surveyor, you'll have: - Proven experience delivering M&E or building-services surveys.
- Strong technical report-writing and survey documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical services and components.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Ideally, a full UK driving licence.
