Are you a versatile engineer ready to maintain critical systems in a fast-paced environment? A leading company in the Facility Management industry is hiring a Multi-Skilled Engineer in Canary Wharf, London to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
The Role As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll:
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and water treatment systems.
- Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks to meet contract SLAs.
- Manage risk assessments, permits to work, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate closely with customers and subcontractors to enhance service delivery.
- Utilise CAFM systems for task management and technical support for chargeable work.
You To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring:
- Time-served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications (C&G BS 7671, HVAP desirable).
- Experience with mechanical systems and strong health & safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safely preferred).
- Proficiency in CAFM systems and mobile tools.
- Reliable, confident personality with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with the willingness to work on various systems and tasks.
