The Role As the HVAC Engineer, you’ll: - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems on-site.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure optimal performance and compliance across all HVAC installations.
- Respond to service calls and perform necessary repairs for HVAC equipment as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-saving measures and strategies.
- Participate in an on-call rota for urgent service requests when necessary.
You To be successful in the role of HVAC Engineer, you’ll bring: - Proven experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the FM sector.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
