Associate Project Manager

I am looking for an Associate Project Manager with a strong technical foundation and HVAC experience to support delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects within a corporate, live environment. This role requires someone comfortable working across multiple London sites, with a solid understanding of building operations and services.
Associate Project Manager (Technical / HVAC)
��Location: Hybrid (London-based sites)
��Day Rate: Up to £350pd
��Potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities:
��Support end-to-end delivery of fit-out and building projects
��Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across live environments
��Oversee site activity, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are met
��Apply knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems to project delivery and problem-solving
��Review technical drawings and specifications
��Assist with project reporting, risk management, and procurement
Requirements:
��Experience in a Project Management or Assistant PM role within commercial environments
��Strong technical background, ideally with HVAC/building services experience
��Good understanding of building operations and working in occupied buildings
��Experience supporting fit-out or refurbishment projects
��Confident liaising with contractors and stakeholders on-site
