The Capital Projects and Lifecycle Manager in Greater London will oversee capital projects, subcontractors and building safety across sites. Many projects are due to begin in January 2027, alongside ongoing responsibility for asset management and client liaison.
The Role
As the Capital Projects and Lifecycle Manager, you'll: - Manage capital projects and subcontractors across sites.
- Ensure building safety and compliance on sites.
- Deliver the annual lifecycle plan.
- Oversee asset management.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
About You
To be successful as the Capital Projects and Lifecycle Manager, you'll have: - A NEBOSH qualification.
- Ideally, a background in healthcare.
- Stakeholder relationship skills, including the ability to handle difficult clients.
- Strong organisation and the ability to work independently.
- Good numerical skills and a technically minded approach.
