As a Solutions Architect in Greater London, you’ll develop integrated facilities management solutions for complex regional and global opportunities. You’ll bring together technical services, workplace experience, sustainability and support services into proposals that meet client objectives and can be delivered operationally.
The Role
As the Solutions Architect, you’ll: - Design integrated facilities management solutions for strategic client opportunities.
- Develop operating models, staffing structures and service delivery frameworks.
- Coordinate operational, commercial and technical specialists throughout bids.
- Review staffing costs and commercial assumptions to balance competitiveness with deliverability.
- Present proposed solutions to executive stakeholders and lead bid-stage solution governance.
- Support the transition of awarded solutions into mobilisation and operations.
About You
To be successful as the Solutions Architect, you’ll have: - Experience developing and winning complex facilities management solutions.
- Knowledge of hard and soft facilities services.
- Experience building operating models and staffing structures.
- Commercial acumen, including pricing and cost modelling.
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting large national or international outsourcing opportunities.
