The Role As the Estimator, you’ll:
- Analyse tender documents and develop winning bid strategies.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on industry standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams to validate resource requirements and delivery models.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in all tenders.
- Support bid presentations and attend client meetings to clarify proposals.
You To be successful in the role of Estimator, you’ll bring:
- A degree in a relevant Facilities Management discipline or 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the Facilities Management sector with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of SFG20 standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimating and risk assessment.
