The Role

As the Estimator, you’ll:
  • Analyse tender documents and develop winning bid strategies.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates based on industry standards.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to validate resource requirements and delivery models.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in all tenders.
  • Support bid presentations and attend client meetings to clarify proposals.
You

To be successful in the role of Estimator, you’ll bring:
  • A degree in a relevant Facilities Management discipline or 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the Facilities Management sector with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of SFG20 standards.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating and risk assessment.
