A leading player in the building services industry is currently looking for a Mobile AC Engineer to join their growing team, covering sites including universities, retail centres and corporate office environments across London
The Role As the
Mobile AC Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, reactive fault finding and installations on a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Full commissioning and servicing of HVAC equipment, chillers, AHUs and associated plant.
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently across commercial sites.
- Completing all relevant paperwork, engineer worksheets and certification accurately.
- Liaising with Contract Managers and support teams regarding materials, consumables and site updates.
- Following Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and lone working processes at all times.
- Participating in a regular on-call rota to attend emergency call outs outside normal working hours.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of
Mobile AC Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a field-based AC Service / Fault Finding role.
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
- FGAS Certification (City & Guilds).
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within the HVAC industry.
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points and no pending cases.
