A leading company in the FM industry is hiring a Customer Liaison Officer in Yorkshire to support a major retrofit and energy efficiency programme on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will ensure residents are informed and engaged as we work towards sustainability. This role requires flexibility to travel across West and North Yorkshire. 

The Role

 
As the Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll:

• Proactively manage and follow up on no-access properties, arranging appointments for surveys and works.
• Build strong relationships with residents and local communities through effective engagement and communication.
• Clearly explain upcoming works, timelines, and expectations to customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate access to properties to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.

To be successful in the role of Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a customer liaison or resident engagement role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Resilient, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• A full UK driving licence.
