The Role - As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll: Respond to electrical breakdowns, carrying out repairs on lighting and circuits.
- Perform routine mechanical and fabric maintenance across the estate as needed.
- Collaborate with the estates management team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage planned preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records.

You - To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring: Relevant qualifications including 18th edition and City & Guilds certifications.
- Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
