The Role
As the Head of Security, you will:

- Assist in developing a clear security strategy for the organisation, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain budgetary control over all areas related to security.
You To be successful in the role of Head of Security, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Degree level or equivalent in Police or senior security management.
- Proficiency in risk management as it pertains to health and safety.
- Experience investigating incidents and leading security audits.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with seniors and teams.
- Keen analytical skills to present complex information clearly.
