The Role As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:
- Support day-to-day activities of the Quantity Surveyor on various projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on building cost estimations and financial planning.
- Gather and analyse quotations from subcontractors to create budgets.
- Assist in preparing and submitting cost-related documentation to maintain project compliance.
You To be successful in the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll bring:
- Relevant experience or knowledge of quantity surveying and cost management.
- Familiarity with NEC4 contract forms.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate costings and contractor quotes.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
