The Role
As the M&E Supervisor, you’ll: - Manage a team of 6 engineers, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
- Oversee the execution of M&E projects while expanding the fire doors side of the business.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and drive quality improvements across the team’s output.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimise workflow and meet project deadlines effectively.
- Utilise your broad M&E knowledge to foster innovative solutions within the team.
You To be successful in the role of M&E Supervisor, you'll have the following skills and experience: - Proven experience in a supervisory role within M&E services, preferably with knowledge of fire doors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Relevant qualifications, such as DM Trada certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and foster team cohesion.
