The Role - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems across multiple sites.
- Deliver reactive repairs and troubleshooting for various electrical equipment.
- Inspect, test, and certify installations according to current safety regulations.
- Support broader FM tasks on-site, including basic fabric or mechanical assistance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintenance teams, ensuring safety and compliance.
You - NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent certification.
- 18th Edition (BS 7671) compliance.
- Experience in an FM or commercial settings.
- Strong fault-finding capabilities and independent working skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
