Procurement Manager


Are you ready to take your procurement expertise to the next level? A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is looking for a Procurement Manager in Salisbury (hybrid - 2 days working from home). In this pivotal role, you'll be integral to shaping and delivering procurement strategies that drive value and support operational excellence.


The Role
As the Procurement Manager, you’ll:

• Spearhead the procurement of services across facilities management contracts to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement service-based procurement strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to contract award and implementation.
• Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sustainability team to align procurement activities with corporate sustainability objectives.


You

To be successful in the role of Procurement Manager, you’ll bring:
• Extensive experience in service procurement within a facilities management context.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
