We've been awarded highest accreditation from Best Companies!
We’ve been recognised with 3-star accreditation as part of the prestigious Best Companies accreditation scheme, acknowledging world class levels of employee engagement. This accreditation comes as we’ve celebrated our tenth year in business, and had 20% growth in our people.
In order to be rewarded with this accreditation all of our people completed a survey with Best Companies. This survey meant we could get a holistic picture of how they feel about our workplace, managers, and their future career opportunities.

We have a comprehensive employee wellbeing programme which includes counselling, yoga and meditation, mental health first aid, and a £1000 annual wellbeing benefit for all people.
The Best Companies survey and questionnaire looks at factors including leadership, employee/manager relationships, how proud employees are to work for the organisation, their personal wellbeing, and whether they feel challenged in their job.
Organisations then receive a Best Companies index score to determine their star rating. A three-star rating, as awarded to Boden Group, is the highest level of accreditation.
