Boden Group Business Update: Michael McAllister Appointed Managing Director

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Michael McAllister to the role of Managing Director - Permanent Recruitment at Boden Group.

Since joining Boden Group in May 2018, Michael has spent over seven years rising through the ranks from Recruitment Consultant to Director of Professional Services demonstrating an exceptional ability to deliver results at every level.

Throughout his tenure, Michael has become a core member of the Boden Group leadership team. Known for his “lead-from-the-front” mentality, he has successfully steered our Professional Services appointments across Commercial, Finance, Bids, and Business Development.

 

His promotion is not only a recognition of his past successes but a reflection of his status as a strong, influential member of our senior team who embodies our core values of believing in people and being the expert.

  • Specialised Finance Offering: To provide deeper focus, our Finance division has now split into dedicated Contract and Permanent recruitment offerings, allowing for more tailored support in these critical functions.

  • Evolution of Commercial FM: Following Michael’s promotion, George is beginning to take over Michael’s previous work in the Commercial FM space. George brings over 10 years of experience, widening his extensive expertise into this commercially-led recruitment sector to ensure seamless continuity for our partners.

  • Dedicated Delivery Team: We have established a specialist Delivery Team focused exclusively on candidate mapping and proactive sourcing to secure the best talent in a competitive market.

  • A Full Suite of Recruitment Solutions: From Contingent and Exclusive models to Retained Search, our solutions are now more robust and geared towards the future of Facilties Management.
