Tell us about your journey at Boden Group

“I joined Boden two years ago with no recruitment experience, starting as a Trainee. Since then, I’ve progressed to Recruitment Consultant and now Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on work-winning roles."

How do you know when you’re doing well?

“It’s very clear - numbers, performance, commission. If you’re consistent and put the work in, the results show and you'll receive internal recognition and rewards.”

What’s a standout moment for you so far?

“Winning the Rising Star Award at the 2025 British Recruitment Awards. Being recognised so early on made me feel genuinely valued and really proud of how far I’d come.”

What helps you stay consistent?

“Doing the basics well, sticking to KPIs, and being resilient. I also ask for a lot of feedback and learn from people who’ve been doing it longer than me.”

What’s kept you motivated at Boden?

“Commission and recognition, but also the culture. It’s close-knit, not overly corporate and senior leaders are genuinely approachable.”
