What achievement are you most proud of?
“Launching the US business and seeing it scale. Watching it grow, double in size, and start to deliver real value across the group has been hugely rewarding.”

“High standards, quality and honesty. I believe in doing exactly what we say we’ll do for our clients and giving people the freedom to make decisions - with the right structure and support behind them.”

What’s been your biggest challenge?
“Leading remotely across time zones and cultures. It’s taught me how important clarity, trust, and understanding people’s motivations really are.”
