Birmingham, is looking to appoint a
Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on
high-profile projects with a business that offers genuine

The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex projects across the
residential,
education,
housing association, and
public sector sectors. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, with a strong focus on
Contract Administration under both
JCT and
NEC forms. Your experience will be key in managing both
pre and post-contract stages, liaising with clients, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Requirements: - 5+ years' experience in a construction consultancy environment
- Proven track record delivering projects across residential, regeneration, education, or public sector sectors
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms
- Excellent Contract Administration experience
- Pre and post-contract delivery experience
- Exposure to mixed-use or commercial projects is an advantage
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Comfortable travelling up to 1hr 30 mins from Birmingham
