The Role: As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of projects across the
residential,
education,
housing association, and
public sector markets. You’ll be involved in both
pre and post-contract stages, taking the lead on
Contract Administration duties under
JCT and
NEC contracts.
Key Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in a consultancy environment
- Strong Contract Administration skills
- Proficient with JCT and NEC forms of contract
- Experience across residential, education, regeneration, or public sector projects
- Pre and post-contract experience is essential
- Exposure to mixed-use projects is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Willing to travel up to 1hr 30 mins from Birmingham
