Are you passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities? We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients with their talent needs.
In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, helping to shape careers and teams across a variety of industries. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your contribution to a high-quality recruitment experience is truly valued.
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational goals
Sourcing, engaging, and shortlisting top talent through multiple channels
Managing the full recruitment process from initial briefing to successful placement
Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout their job search
Building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is ideal, but not essential , we value attitude and potential
