Job Title: Hard FM Interim Estimator
Rate: Competitive day rate (Inside IR35 or Outside IR35)
Contract: Interim / Contract – 6 months (with possible extension)

Looking to make a real impact in the facilities management industry? A major player in the FM sector is currently seeking a Hard FM Interim Estimator to support their commercial and operational teams during a key period of transition and growth.

The Role As the Hard FM Interim Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in:
 

  • Delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for hard services contracts across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric disciplines
  • Supporting bid and tender processes with detailed breakdowns, risk assessments, and pricing strategies
  • Liaising with operational teams to align commercial proposals with delivery models and real-world constraints


You To succeed in the role of Hard FM Interim Estimator, you’ll bring:
 

  • A proven track record in hard FM or building services estimating (M&E bias preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with industry benchmarks and cost modelling tools
  • Excellent communication skills, able to challenge assumptions and justify estimates with clarity
