Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level roles within a number of prestigious residential and commercial developers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique recruitment needs.
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through innovative methods.
- Provide strategic recruitment advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing your expertise to drive team success.

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a senior or specialised role.
