Purpose of the Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients' talent acquisition strategies by attracting top talent for their roles. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience while driving revenue to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management and Development:
- Achieve fee generation in line with agreed targets.
- Independently schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss recruitment needs.
- Cross-sell services and generate additional business opportunities for colleagues.
- Enhance the company’s presence in the marketplace through effective use of social media and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand and reputation among clients.
- Develop sector expertise to position yourself as an industry specialist.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and create opportunities for business development.
- Convert prospective leads into long-term clients through effective new business strategies.
- Advertise client vacancies or ensure appropriate arrangements for their promotion.
- Manage and deliver exceptional client experiences that foster loyalty.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships by understanding clients’ structures, cultures, and hiring needs.
Candidate Management and Recruitment:
- Build and nurture a strong personal brand and reputation among candidates.
- Develop and manage processes to attract and maintain a pool of quality candidates.
- Conduct headhunting activities, interviews, and assessments to match candidates to client roles.
- Provide a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen candidates, create tailored shortlists, and recommend suitable matches to clients.
- Organize and coordinate interviews and selection events.
- Prepare candidates for interviews to maximize their chances of success.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and promote opportunities to new and existing candidates.
- Identify and convert candidate leads into placements.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to enhance loyalty and engagement.
Measures of Success:
- Consistently achieving or surpassing set sales revenue targets.
- Meeting or exceeding productivity benchmarks.
- Adhering to established processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
